What MAYA ERP does

MAYA ERP is organised around the records a pharmaceutical business already keeps: items and batches, purchase and sales documents, returns, customer and supplier accounts, and the reports built from them. Because these records live in one application, a bill, the batch it was sold from, the stock left and the party balance stay consistent.

• Sales and billing: GST invoices, barcode billing, customer history and credit, and sales returns.
• Purchase and inventory: purchase entry with batch and expiry, batch-wise stock, reorder lists and supplier (purchase) returns.
• Expiry control: near-expiry visibility so stock can be reviewed, returned or acted on before it expires.
• Accounts and GST: party ledgers, payments, Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, inventory valuation, cost of goods sold and GST summaries.
• Operations: multi-counter billing over a local network, automatic start with the main PC, and update notifications.

How it is deployed

MAYA ERP is installed once on a main PC in your store or office. That PC runs the application and its database. Other computers on the same local network (LAN) open MAYA ERP in a web browser to bill and work, so nothing needs to be installed on each counter. Billing, stock, accounts and reports do not depend on an internet connection; the internet is used for optional items such as updates.

Pricing and getting started

MAYA ERP is free during Early Access until 31 March 2027, including installation and onboarding. From April 2027 the proposed Annual Plan is ₹2,000 per year, including updates and support for the year.
