Getting started with MAYA ERP

MAYA ERP installs once on a main PC in your store and other computers connect to it over the local network.

Step 1: Book a demo

See the workflow and confirm it suits your pharmacy or distribution business before installation. Request a demo or message us on WhatsApp.

Step 2: Install on the main PC

One installer sets up MAYA ERP and its database on the main shop computer. It starts automatically when the PC turns on. Choose a PC that suits the responsibility; it should be reliable and backed up, not simply the nearest machine.

Step 3: Connect your counters

Other computers connect across the local network and bill from a browser, so nothing needs to be installed on each counter. Test each counter’s network connection, printer and barcode workflow before peak hours. See how to plan LAN billing across multiple counters.

Step 4: Stay up to date

When a new version is released, MAYA ERP notifies you and updates in a few clicks. Updates need an internet connection; day-to-day billing does not.
